Do you have a story to tell? The truth is, we all do. It’s having the courage to put our words and life experiences out there that makes the difference. But memoir is not about telling it all. During this course, we show you how to find the stories that resonate with readers and how to turn what’s happened to you into a compelling narrative, using craft elements such as characterization, dialogue, setting, structure, and theme. Although this is a beginning-level course, experienced writers can benefit from brushing up on the fundamentals and the opportunity to experiment with different forms of writing. DROP IN OPTION – $200 for 5 classes or $40 per class.
