
Holly Hall Kluck
Biography
Holly Hall Kluck is a former Language Arts and Social Studies teacher with an MA in Psychological Counseling and a Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification. After a 20-year corporate executive career in sales and marketing, she left to pursue a teaching career in high-need school districts. She was accepted into the TeacherNex teacher training program, where she was awarded the Visionary Award for her creativity and problem-solving skills. She began her career in Newark before moving to Red Bank Middle School as an 8th grade Language Arts teacher. Creativity, problem solving, and strong writing abilities are the skills that make her an effective teacher whose students have consistently scored above the national average on standardized tests. Some of the highlights of her teaching career include: being chosen Teacher of the Year, having then-Mayor Cory Booker attend a classroom book signing in Newark, receiving a letter from President Barack Obama in response to Civil Rights essays her students wrote, and coaching an unbeaten debate team. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the T. Thomas Fortune Cultural Center in Red Bank where she is working to develop their educational programs.
