Megan Zambell

Biography

Megan Zambell is a certified Yoga, SEL & Wellness instructor and educator who brings together movement, mindfulness, creativity, and self-expression to help participants feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves. For more than 16 years, Megan has worked as a public-school teacher in New Jersey and also spent three years teaching English as a Foreign Language in Spain. Through yoga, creative writing, and social-emotional practices, she creates space for students to slow down, breathe, move mindfully, and discover their own voice.

Megan has completed three yoga teacher trainings, including training with Breathe for Change, an organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of educators, students, and communities. She has taught yoga in a wide range of settings, including schools, community centers, mental-health facilities, basketball courts, studios, and retreats. Today, Megan brings her experience as an educator, yoga instructor, and creative practitioner together to support teens in connecting mind, body, and voice.
