This teen-led group is designed for dedicated teen writers—all genres welcome! We write to prompt(s) provided by teen leaders and give and receive constructive feedback. We also offer time and space for deeper feedback on works written outside of class. This is a supportive environment where everyone is willing to learn and grow together. Find inspiration, friendship, and encouragement as you join our community of teen writers who are not afraid to accomplish their dreams. Through plot twists, cliffhangers, and verse, we move closer to finishing, editing, and (hopefully) publishing our works.
We offer financial assistance through our scholarship program. Download an application here.

Your registration also counts toward our consideration of class minimums.
Our organization was founded to help amplify the voices of those who are often not heard—including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+ individuals, and other historically marginalized groups. We have witnessed how writing and sharing stories has the power to effect change by generating greater love, compassion, and empathy in the listener. In all of our programs, we provide an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment. We do not tolerate writing that perpetuates harmful stereotypes or fuels hate. Failure to align with our philosophy can result in your removal from class.
