Here at PWN, we have found that art feeds art. So what better way to feed our creative writing than to dip our hands in paint? Join us as we create fluid art and then use our images to inspire our written works. You do not have to have any “training” as an artist to attend. Just as we believe anyone can be a writer, anyone can also be a visual artist! Paintings, just like writings, are diverse and unique to each participant. Imagination is encouraged and judgment is suspended as we learn and grow and get creative together.
(We recommend bringing at least one canvas, at least two colors of acrylic paint, and disposable cups to mix your paint. If you want to create “cells” in your paint, you may also want to bring silicone oil as a mixing agent. Please note: If you do not have these painting materials, you can still participate with the writing portion.)
Project Write Now offers no refunds or credits once registered, except in the unfortunate case a class or event is cancelled. We reserve the right to change class instructors if necessary.
